We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Eligibility and Registration

4.1 Parental Consent

Our programs are designed for children under 18. Parents or legal guardians must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information during enrollment
• Have legal authority to consent on behalf of the child

4.2 Accurate Information

5. Program Enrollment and Fees

5.1 Enrollment Process

To enroll in a program:

1. Submit an enrollment form through our website
2. Receive confirmation and program details via email
3. Complete payment within the specified timeframe
4. Receive welcome materials and start date

Enrollment is not confirmed until payment is received.

5.2 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include applicable VAT
• Payment is due in full before the program start date unless alternative arrangements are agreed
• We accept payment via credit/debit card and bank transfer
• Payment processing is handled securely by third-party payment providers

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change program prices at any time. Price changes do not affect enrollments already confirmed and paid for.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Cancellation by Parent/Guardian

• Within 7 days of enrollment: Full refund, no questions asked
• More than 7 days before program start: Full refund minus £25 administrative fee
• Less than 7 days before program start: 50% refund
• After program has started: Prorated refund based on sessions remaining (minus £25 administrative fee)

Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

6.2 Cancellation by lunar-spot

We reserve the right to cancel a program due to:

• Insufficient enrollment numbers
• Instructor unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances
• Force majeure events (see Section 14)

If we cancel a program, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program session.

7. Attendance and Participation

7.1 Attendance Requirements

• Regular attendance is essential for program effectiveness
• If your child misses a session, we will provide catch-up materials and brief one-on-one support where feasible
• Repeated absences without notice may result in removal from the program without refund

7.2 Behavior Expectations

Participants are expected to:

• Treat instructors and other participants with respect
• Participate actively and constructively
• Follow program rules and instructions

We reserve the right to remove participants who consistently disrupt the learning environment. In such cases, refunds will be at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Content

All content on the lunar-spot website and in our programs, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, images
• Course materials and curriculum
• Software and code
• Videos, audio, and multimedia

Enrolled families receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program materials solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:

• Share login credentials or materials with non-enrolled individuals

8.3 Trademarks

If you submit feedback, suggestions, testimonials, or other content to us:

• You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content

10. Limitation of Liability
